York Field Stickball – The YFS – is an American subculture bat and ball startup. The traditional rules of the game were deconstructed to support character-driven athletes and a unique approach to fields of play. The result is a self-expressive fellowship that boasts representation in eight cities across the US and Mexico.
The YFS has established its own unique brand, voice and an e-commerce site selling handcrafted bats, apparel and accessories. The effort is anchored by the 38 page YFS Official Guide & Rule Handbook.
The league has raised over 100k for charities including New York Food Bank, California Wildfire Relief, Waves-4-Water, Saving Places, A Second U Foundation, Upside Downs, among others.
